    Job Description:-

    1. Co-ordination with the candidate for the interviews 
    2. Client servicing in terms of co-ordination with the clients for the closures
    3. Sourcing and screening as per the requirements
    4. Scheduling as per the availability of the client managers.
    5. Follow up for the feedback
    6. Follow up till the closures, offer letter roll outs and joining

    Requirements:-
    1. Graduates in any discipline 
    2. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
    3. Ability to build strong relationships and positive attitude
    4. Strong problem solving ability 
    5. Aggressive in terms of follow ups and clients feedback
    6. Extremely patient and composed
    7. Willing to travel to client locations as when necessary
    8. Flair for recruitment
