Shift Timings : 24*7 Rotational Shift
Transport : Available as per Company Transport Policy
Educational Qualification : Technical Graduates preferred
Experience (post qualifications) : Min 6 months of IT Service Desk experience
Eligibility:
Technical helpdesk experience of 6 Months to 2 years
Excellent communication skills
Ability to evaluate and coordinate IT Service desk including servers support, backups, networking, desktop/laptop troubleshooting with various resolver group and client groups
Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Lotus Notes within a network environment)
Experience in handling incidents, problem and change management using ITIL workflow
Provide support on the first line of help desk to the internal/external customers assisting users with hardware and software challenges via phone, email, fax within the time specified by the agreed service levels
Experience of using call logging software
