Budget carrier SpiceJet on Thursday yet again introduced a new sale offer to woo travellers. In its latest 'Let's Go Abroad Sale' the airline is offering one-way fares as low as Rs. 2699 on international routes.
The all-inclusive sale is valid for travel between 19 March and 30 June for which bookings can be done between 19 March and 22 March.
"The sale is valid only for travel on direct flights to international destinations on SpiceJet's network", said the airline's website.
This is the sixth low fare scheme this year from SpiceJet, with the first of these having been unveiled on January 28.
Last month SpiceJet had announced a "cheaper-than-train-fares" sale offering air tickets as low as Rs. 599 (all-inclusive), making it the cheapest offer announced so far this year.
Many domestic carriers have announced a series of discounted ticket schemes this year to attract customers in the January-March and July-September quarters, which are traditionally considered a low-travel demand period.
Earlier in the month, Jet Airways had launched another low-fare offer. Under the scheme, Jet Airways is offering fares as low as Rs. 1,933 for travel within India in economy class. (Read: Jet Airways Offers Fares Starting Rs. 1,933)
