Technical Engineer -- IMI Mobile - 0-2yrs
Job Description
- Monitor, analyze, address Service reliability and performance issues of servers and network elements.
- Manage workflow and service requests through client calls, emails and ticketing system under ITIL process.
- Work with other L2 & L3 support groups internally and external vendors to provide seamless support to customers and uninterrupted services.
- Service Request, Incident and Problem Management along with SLA Management with in Tivoli SmartCloud Control Desk.
- Knowledge on Networking Concepts, SQL, Linux basics along with VAS with in Telecommunications.
- He should have excellent written and verbal communications skills with exceptional phone mannerism in client handling.
- Candidates with ITIL trained will be added advantage
- Candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi speaking will be preffered
Salary:1,75,000 - 2,00,000 P.A
