Job Description

Verification Specialist:- 
1.To check the authenticity of the employees post joining a new company and identify the procedure of verification.
2.To coordinate with the companies in order to update the database with concerned HR contact details.
3.To conduct primary source verification of specified antecedents.
4.To ensure adherence to TAT and Process
5.Regular updation of database.
6.To appropriately and timely communicate case needs requiring attention or action to respective ATL.
7.Accurate capturing of verification obtained in the Client Proprietary application.
9.Flexibility in terms of timing. 

Salary:90,000 - 2,00,000 P.A

Desired Candidate Profile

Education-

UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required

- Basic knowledge of ms Word & Excel
- Good Communication Skills both written and verbal.
- Typing speed of 30WPM with 98% accuracy
- In depth knowledge of internet and other search engines
- Internet Research & Analytical Skills
