Production Incharge -- TKM pharma -- 0-5Yrs

Job Description

Daily inspection of plant equipment for making observation of operation and process parameter to achieve the targets.
Planning & procuring of material for shutdown jobs as per schedule.
Follow up of shutdown jobs as per planning.
Assess & review false air leakage in the system and initiate necessary steps to reduce the same.
Give training to the sub-ordinate about safe working procedures.
Prepare the indents (material, manpower) as per the requirement.
Monitor the power and fuel consumption on daily basis.
Prepare, Maintain & Update ISO documents.
Guide (Level-2 ) shift operation personnel whenever required.
Meeting production target on daily and monthly basis for production.
Material Management, on production line related to product.
Facilitate establishing new assembly lines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education-

UG:B.Sc - Any Specialization, Chemistry, Diploma - Any Specialization, Chemical, B.Tech/B.E. - Chemical

PG:Post Graduation Not Required, M.Tech - Any Specialization, Chemical, M.Sc - Chemistry

Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
