Job Description
Monitor calls on a daily basis and provide constructive feedback to associates in lieu with the Quality Parameters
Conduct Calibration sessions with the ops team and clients
Create reports on Weekly/Monthly basis for management reporting
Play an important role in achieving team targets
Meet/exceed Quality SLAs as assigned by Management/Client
Co-ordinate with respective TLs / MGR regarding associate performance on quality
Identify the training requirements of associates and suggest the same to the Training team
Initiate & organize process improvement methods & techniques
Additional responsibilities as & when instructed by the mgr
Ensure that Core standards defined within the process are strictly followed
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A
