Role:
- Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment.
- Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications.
- Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments.
- Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding / joining at the client site.
- Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Expert in social media recruitment.
- Ensures the joining of the selected candidates.
