Job Description

Job discription 

--Candidates will have minimum of 0 to 2 Years of professional paid experience, working with an IT Staffing or Professional Services firm or in the HR department of a Technology Firm.
--Candidate should have US IT recruiting experience in - Sourcing, Screening, interviewing candidates; extensive use of job boards like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster; good communication and people skills.
--Good Understanding on W2, C2C, 1099, time zones, few common visa types and tax terms.
--Conduct screening interviews to match candidate profiles and job requirements
--Conducting professional assessment over the telephone and/or in person for skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements
--Conducting technical assessment for suitability to the job requirement by conducting technical interviews and tests.
--Performing all due-diligence steps including background screening, reference checking to mitigate fulfillment risks.
--Negotiating compensation to maintain acceptable gross margins.
--Manage schedules for candidates and our customers and work activities is necessary
--Assist HR and Contracts Administration in closing consulting engagements.
--Open to support all times zones like EST, CST, MST and PST.
--Very good communication

Willing to work in shifts - 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.(Night shift)

Cab Facility will be provided.
