We are Hiring for
Technical Support Executive-(BPO voice and Non-Voice process)
Qualification : Any graduate B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BCA / B.E
/BA
Post graduates need not apply.
Experience : 0-2 Years(Freshers can also apply)
CTC: 2.10- 3.30Lpa
Job Profile:
- Handling inbound calls /Emai and Chat Support(Non Voice)
- Troubleshooting the Technical issues of the customers
- Support US Customers
Desired Profile:
- Excellent communication skill
- Basic knowledge of computers-Hardware.
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts
