Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Ability in handling End to end Admin Activities.


Responsible for Assets & liabilities Management.

Travel Desk- Flight bookings Domestic & International, Hotel Booking India & Abroad for Top Management.

Budget control, Vendor Management , Vendor evaluation & Formulating of Service Level Coordinating with different vendors on time to time basis. 

Capability to handle PAN India admin activities like Payment of Electrical charges,Stationary charges,Lease agreement renewal.

Arranging the Board meetings in Hyderabad with Transportation, Hotel Bookings.

Task oriented, Challenging, Time Management, Proactive, Young & Energetic

Coordinating with Banks for Activating Salary Accounts.

Responsible for issuing Assets ID Cards & Visiting Cards for all Employees.

Good Knowledge on MS Office.


Note : Male Candidates only.

Good Communication skills Verbal & Written English, Communicating in Telugu & Hindi were Mandatory.

Salary:1,75,000 - 3,25,000 P.A

Education-

UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations

Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
