Job Description

OPENING FOR DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER AT CARE IT SOLUTIONS


1. Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management. 
2. Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections. 

3. Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers. 

4. Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems. 

5. Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software. 

6. Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers and clients. 

7. Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives. 

8. Extend computer support for systems software and hardware. 

9. Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs. 

10. Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution. 

11. Network and connect computers within organization to better communication. 

12. Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.

UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization
